Hired Attorney

Donald Mallory is a premiere attorney and I highly recommend him. Don has done wonderful work for us and understands the mission of the credit unions. Don has handled a variety of legal work for us such as bankruptcy, loan contracts, replevins and repossession process. Don always gives us the risk factors so that we can make better business decisions. Don has saved us great expense by utilizing his expert negotiation skills to resolve legal issues but will advocate vigorously when required.
