Hired Attorney

I needed to adjust my Chapt. 13 Payments because of income loss post agreement. Atty Denton refused to communicate with the trustee unless I came up with a new retainer, which I could not afford. I would have paid any charges for that individual contact.

Kerry Denton is very forward about your situation and he provides good service over all. The price was a little high compared to other advertised firms. The follow up service when we received a notice about secured property repossession was a little lacked.
