My initial consultation with Rita gave me false hope on a time frame and cost. The 3 months has turned into 16 months and counting. The cost is 3 times the amount estimated and counting. Rita would go months without returning phone calls. I had to speak with the office manager and complain at one point to get a response. She did not appear confident in front of the judge and could not establish a clear argument. She lost a key piece of evidence. Unorganized, unresponsive, incompetent!
