I hired Mr. Kaloyanides to represent me in a tax case. He met with me right away, evaluated my case, and helped me understand my options. He reviewed the documents and evidence with me and helped explain the strategy in the case. He met with me regularly and kept me informed. I appreciated that he always made sure I was part of the decision process. In the end, he got the case against me dropped. I highly recommend Mr. Kaloyanides.
Very poor communicator and even worse negotiator. I very much regret hiring this attorney to represent my company. I would have got better results from a paralegal. This man was terrible in court and claimed to be a trail attorney when I first met with him but that was not true. After I paid a big retainer fee to him he was a ghost after that. He came to court unprepared and his motions and objections were incoherent and impossible to understand. DON"T HIRE THIS LAWYER he's dishonest and fake.
