This has been our family attorney for many years. I had no idea that he was disbarred until today. I am saddened to hear this. He never caused any of my family any problems. I'm sad this has happened.

This gentleman, a very personable and pleasant man, is extremely negligent when it comes to estate planning, neglecting crucial points in will-planning. He is also the slowest attorney I have ever been in contact with in settling any kind of probate problem. He seems quite unconcerned with the severe problems his lack of action causes for client survivors and beneficiaries, causing them SEVERE fiscal as well as personal problems. I would not recommend him in any sense.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
