Hired Attorney William B. Kalbac

Title: Serious ethical concerns and possible legal entrapment I was sued by this firm on behalf of Grumpy Cat Ltd. over a licensed design sold once on Redbubble. The sale occurred just before the lawsuit, raising concerns of legal entrapment. I was never properly served and only learned of the case months later. Emails I sent were ignored until I filed a motion in court. Funds were removed from my PayPal without warning, and afterward, I received a vague settlement offer without any disclosure of what had already occurred. This conduct raises serious ethical red flags involving due process, transparency, and fairness. I’ve filed a complaint with the ARDC. Creators and small businesses should be extremely cautious.
