THIS WEASLE IS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS. HE TOLD ME THAT IF I PAID HIM LIKE MY KIDS' FATHER DID THEN HE WOULD RECONSIDER HIS FINDINGS! TOLD JUDGE AND WAS DISMISSED! THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE ERASED FOR GOOD - IF HE GETS PAID THEN YOUR CASE IS GOOD IF NOT THEN YOU LOSE YOUR KIDS

Self serving, dangerous when representing children. Sends them into harms way. Omits facts important to all cases. Drags cases on and on and NEVER represents the child in danger. Only submits his facts to the courts as he see them and denies all important facts that would keep the children safe. A very poor excuse for an attorney especially when representing innocent children.

David Wessel is corrupt and unethical. He manipulates children he represents. In my case he approached BOTH parents and wanted them to help him manipulate the child
against the other parent. He uses a phony therapy with a "therapist" he knows as a
vehicle to do this. His aim is to have either parent simply give up on their child. Parents stay away from this crook!

I just read the other review of Wessel, and that's EXACTLY
what he did to my child! During divorce he argued in court that
therapy is needed for my child. He was the one to recommend
a therapist and after a few sessions "therapist" wrote
a letter to the court which contained a bunch of accusations and
lies, and quoted in some cases my child as having said them. Wessel
presented the letter in court to argue that I have less parental time.
"Therapy" was immediately abandoned. He is a FRAUD!

Wessel is unethical and manipulates kids he represents against their own
parents. In my case he approached *both* parents separately with the idea
of "boxing in" the other parent (he knew parents were not speaking at this
point. He set up a phony therapy with therapist he
knew and had one parent take the kid to the therapy and encourage the kid
to talk about issues with the other parent. Therapist would then
write a letter to court claiming the kid has issues with target parent. Disgusting!
