I had a consult regarding race discrimination with James and he took my case on contingency. We just settled a couple weeks ago. He was very professional and the whole team was very knowlegeable about the whole EEOC mediation process. Very well prepared and he argued my points with the mediator to my satisaction. If I ever have another issue which I hope to god I dont, I will call James as my employment lawyer again. Thanks so much.

Hired Attorney Mr James Weiler

A couple weeks ago I had a consult with James Weiler about taking FMLA with employer. He gave me some great information to do and step by step instructions on how it will impact my work. I would grade him as an A+ attorney and if I have anymore issues, I will be calling him back.

James weiler was my attorney in an FMLA wrongful termination lawsuit against a Fortune 500 company. I cannot go into further detail but let’s just say we recovered six figures. They should have never fired me when I went on medical leave. James was my attorney for about two years and I couldn’t be happier with him. Great lawyers and legal staff including Elise.

I had an overtime case where my restaurant did not pay me time and a half under the FLSA. I recevied all my OT and then double my wages. I didnt have to pay any attorneys fees either. Jason and James were the lawyers that represented me.

Mr. Zoldan won me a ton of money for a sexual harassment suit against a fortune 200 company. It was a long time coming and I feel vindicated in my results. He took me through the EEOC into filing a lawsuit in Federal Court and then settling at mediation. The process was explained to me perfectly and the results were better than expected. Mr. Zoldan fights for the people who don't know the law and have little voices out there over big corporations.
