Hello! I’m Viktoriia, an immigration attorney with firsthand experience of the immigration process. Having been through the same challenges, I understand both the excitement and stress it entails, including those confusing "Why does USCIS need this document?" moments. My legal journey began at Kazan Federal University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Constitutional Law. Pursuing my passion further, I obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the U.S. My early career included a six-month externship at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Financial Crimes and Corruption Unit, dealing with fraud and corruption cases. I've spent over two years working at the Children’s Legal Center, helping immigrant children and families navigate the legal system.
This experience, alongside my personal journey, fuels my dedication to immigration law. I am committed to fighting for my clients’ rights as if they were my own. Whether you need assistance with visa applications, status adjustments, or understanding USCIS's complex rules, I’m here to help make your immigration journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
