My business partner took advantage of me and others. Unfortunately, we were sued after I was ousted from the company. Attorney Nathanson cleared my name of any wrong doing and I was dismissed from the case. I highly recommend him.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT hire this attorney! He will take your money as a Lump Sum Fee and not do the work, delay filings, continuously ask for extensions and then when you ask for a refund of the money, he gives you a puffed up time sheet saying he did the work. He does not respond to emails or calls and he pisses off judges and other attorneys. Look at his cases...he loses motions and appeals. He is a washed up con artist attorney who should not be practicing anymore!
I don't recommend this lawfirm. I highly recommend you consult with another lawfirm. They took a huge Non Refundable Retainer from me, and did nothing else besides file my lawsuit. I was pressured into settling my case, and being given No case information. I later found out that my employee file was never obtained, and they knew no more about my case than I did. I got nowhere with this lawfirm. I'm now having to go through the AZ Stare Bar in order to obtain my unused Retainer Money.
