I was so pleased with the service I received from the law firm in the past 9 years. The team members care about what you need, professional, supportive and very friendly. For every application case, the team members provide you with the precise and clear instructions to make sure you fully understand each item and fill in the application form correctly. They strive to achieve the best result in every application they submit, no errors and no missing documents. After they receive any notice they send it to you immediately along with a letter that well explains the notice and the list of the things you need to do. You can count on them for everything. You always receive an advanced friendly reminder for your visa renewal with all the information you need to prevent you from missing the deadline. For every phone call they answer you promptly or call you back as soon as they can. A fantastic experience, and highly recommended!
We were referred to Susan forte by one of her prior clients. We found her to be quite knowledgeable and quite trustworthy and very responsive and fulfilling and completing all our needs. They were able to assist us in acquiring a visa during the time we were in Italy. This was accomplished for my new wife in record time. We will always be thankful To them.
Working with Susan Fortino-Brown was the best thing that happened to my immigration case. The guidance given was professional and human at the same time. It did not feel like, I am just a client, I felt I was seen as a human being. The precision in guidance is commendable. I highly recommend Susan Fortino-Brown.
Susan and her team are the best immigration lawyers I have ever known. I most liked the idea that Susan having a busy schedule was always hands on, she directly worked with me on my case from the first day that i started up to the day my case was approved. She has a very big and understanding heart. The team kept me updated all the time and made me feel like I was their only client, Special mention to Perla Ramirez who is always there to help all the time, I can never thank her enough. I am forever grateful for how they all worked on my case from ashes to blooming flowers.
