Shaharyar focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction disputes, insurance defense, and product liability matters. He represents businesses and insurers in complex litigation and arbitration, helping them manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently across a range of industries.
Shaharyar regularly defends clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, product and warranty claims, and motor vehicle collisions. He handles all stages of litigation and arbitration, with significant experience taking and defending depositions to develop effective case strategies and position matters for favorable outcomes.

During law school at The John Marshall Law School, Shaharyar built his advocacy and leadership skills through hands-on experience. He was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and actively participated in the Student Bar Association, the Election Committee, and student organizations including the South Asian Law Students Association and the Professional Law Students Association. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Legal Research Associate, strengthening his analytical and research skills.
Outside the office, Shaharyar enjoys bowling, playing pickleball, hockey, and hiking.
