Hired Attorney

I can’t believe Scott Salenko is allowed to be an attorney. I did not hire him. He represents the opposing party in civil case. His client was actively violating the court orders for years. I spoke with him several times about it and he ignored the issue. I told him HOW CAN YOU REPRESENT A CLIENT WHO IS VIOLATING A COURT ORDER EVERY WEEK? YOU FILED THAT COURT ORDER?!?! he should be disbarred. I asked - how can you allow your client to deny me visits? For years, his client denied me visits with my son. He knew about it, and actively allowed it to happen. I asked him to speak with his client about this, with all feelings aside, and tell her it’s wrong to violate the court order and deny visits. He refused to do that, and constantly tried to say I was a bad person when in reality he never once has met me. I did everything I could for my son, until My ex denied visits and Scott did nothing about it. 10 years passed and still has done nothing. Bad man. Bad heart. Don’t hire.#lawyerbreakslaw

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
