ROLAND S. KESKE, a Shareholder with Leahy, Eisenberg & Fraenkel, has significant experience in commercial, subrogation and insurance litigation. He has authored and edited several articles published by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Roland has presented seminars to insurance company personnel, corporate entities, attorneys and industry groups on a variety of topics, including subrogation, online retailer-distributor liability, automobile product liability subrogation, weather-related property damage, waiver, estoppel, bad faith, protective safeguard endorsements, condominium claims, premises liability, alternative dispute resolution, commercial contracts, civil settlements, statutory changes and residential construction defect claims. Roland has been awarded an "AV" Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting its highest rank based on legal ability and ethical standards. Roland was also selected four times as one of Illinois’ Super Lawyers and is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Roland is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and State of Missouri as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Missouri, the Western District of Oklahoma, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court. Roland has also represented clients before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts of Illinois for the First, Second, and Third Districts. Roland is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.).
