ROLAND S. KESKE, a Shareholder with Leahy, Eisenberg & Fraenkel, has significant experience in commercial, subrogation and insurance litigation. He has authored and edited several articles published by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Roland has presented seminars to insurance company personnel, corporate entities, attorneys and industry groups on a variety of topics, including subrogation, online retailer-distributor liability, automobile product liability subrogation, weather-related property damage, waiver, estoppel, bad faith, protective safeguard endorsements, condominium claims, premises liability, alternative dispute resolution, commercial contracts, civil settlements, statutory changes and residential construction defect claims. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
