While I am no fan of Mr. Madera, and I would personally never choose him for any case of mine, he does have his moments of greatness or at least goodness. And to the reviewer, Brandon. You sound like a racist.
I think Roberto Madera, based on his actions in and out of court, is a bigot and a racist. As a child rep and GAL he has always chosen to align with my ex. My ex-wife (Hispanic) and I have one son. Although three psychologists (all white, and each with 20 years experience) have said I deserve equal parenting time. He disagrees, preferring to listen to a PhD woman of color with less than a year of experience. One of the (white) psychologists drafted a 604.10B, which was ordered by the court, where she determined that my wife was engaging in parental alienation, which is a form of emotional (child) abuse. Roberto disagreed. Of course, he has zero training in clinical psychology, merely a disdain for a white man (me) and the white psychologists. He refused to even interview one of the white women because I already communicated they would say positive things about me. He can not be trusted as a child rep or GAL to represent your child's best interests if the other party is Hispanic.
