Hired Attorney Charles J. Swartwout

I have had the privilege of having Mr. Swartwout by my side where I was named in an expensive litigation event; and Charlie was successful in both preparing me for the deposition, and subsequently being released from the lawsuit. More recently, I was subpoenaed by the Government to testify in a case; and again Charlie had my back to understand the goings on, what my role was, and what my risks were. Again, a good outcome. I'm really grateful for Charlies character and passion for his client, me!

Working with Mr. Swartwout has been an excellent experience in my career. He is very knowledgeable with trying cases and has won a couple of serious injury trials (brain damage & amputation) for the company I worked for. He is well prepared to try any case, but will also provide his legal expertise when a case should be settled, instead of going to trial. Mr. Swartwout has a busy schedule because he is an outstanding defense attorney. However, he puts a lot of his personal time into his cases to make sure he does his best to win your case. He keeps you updated on a regular basis regarding any status of your case(s). Having Mr. Swartwout on your defense team is money well spent.

I am a Senior Complex Director and I have been settling claims over 40 years, and I can honestly say I have had a lot of great attorneys over the years, but Charles is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The results he gets for my hospital, time and time again, are incredible. The cases I have had with him he has either gotten us out for a small amount, or via dismissal. I can only say "thank you Charles for an impressive record for the defense side" and wish I could hire him on every case. He is simply that good! Hire him, and you will not be disappointed!!!!!!
