Quinn Ford focuses his practice on general commercial litigation and other complex business disputes. He has handled a wide variety of matters in areas such as multidistrict litigation, class actions, products liability, constitutional claims brought against municipalities, and fraud-based claims. His practice involves matters in both state and federal court as well as alternative dispute resolution, including both mediation and arbitration. Quinn has experience in each phase of litigation, including resolving matters pre-suit, drafting complex briefs and motions, participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation.
In addition to his commercial practice, Quinn volunteers his time representing pro se litigants in federal court and individuals seeking asylum.
In serving his clients, Quinn draws on his experience as a law clerk in the Northern District of Illinois, and prior to law school, as a reporter working for a number of news organizations, primarily in Chicago.
