Paul Daugherity focuses his practice on general liability defense, employment law, and insurance coverage. Mr. Daugherity has extensive complex litigation experience in the areas of products liability, premises liability, construction, and medical malpractice defense, and in employment matters before the EEOC, IDHR, Cook County Commission on Human Rights, IDES, the DOL and responding to OSHA complaints. Paul was opposing counsel on a recent case. I found Paul to be tough but fair, responsive, and smart. He represents his clients and the overall profession very well. His reputation in the community is stellar and I highly recommend him as a skilled litigator. A word of warning to any future attorneys facing off against Paul- bring your "A" game or stay home.
