This is my second time working with Michael and his team - first as a buyer and most recently, as a seller. Everything happened so smoothly - from the initial conversation up until closing. I have done number of real estate transactions over the years in New York City, but working with Michael Wasserman on a Chicago purchase far exceeded my expectations. There isn't much to say about Mike except he's fantastic. He responds promptly by any means that you contact him. He explains everything in terminology that you don't need to be a lawyer to understand. In the last second when our sellers tried to back out of something they agreed to in the contract negotiation he stepped up to the plate and made sure it was done. He's very laid back, but don't let that surprise you, if he needs to be a bear he will.

Michael represented us both for the purchase and sale of our condo and provided outstanding service both times. He was consistently professional, knowledgeable and responsive when we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend working with him.
