I hired him in March of 2017. I never set eyes on him until the day of my deposition in the fall of 2018. Opposing Counsel alleged that he'd only gotten various documents the day of my deposition. Wierzbicki told Opposing Counsel I'd just brought them into his office the day of my deposition even though he stated on the record that Nona is under the impression she'd given these to us previously. I have no idea what discovery was ordered by Wierzbicki when he was on the case but, I know there was a subpoena sent out for medical documents in 2017 but Opposing Counsel never got notice the subpoena was sent out. I learned there was a letter sent out to the WC doctors June 2018 prior to my deposition for medical records and that the WC Comp lawyers sent the documents to Wierzbicki's office and the documents were never returned undeliverable. This problem led to 3 days of sanctions vs. trial. Early out Wierzbicki didn't show up in court so the case was dismissed, he had it reinstated.
