This is my second time working with Michael and his team - first as a buyer and most recently, as a seller. Everything happened so smoothly - from the initial conversation up until closing. I did not have to worry about a thing. He's very responsive and patient explaining to me when I had questions. I have done number of real estate transactions over the years in New York City, but working with Michael Wasserman on a Chicago purchase far exceeded my expectations.
