Hired Attorney

Buyer’s Beware: I recently bought a home he represented the seller. Agreements made in writing with him and my lawyer were not honored. When I brought up our agreement, it was communicated to me the day before closing that 4 other offers were on standby and his client was ready to walk. This indicates the house was being shown after we were under contract and that they were ready to break another agreement at the last minute after contracts signed and significant earnest money provided.
