Working with Matt was stressful. After Engagement Agreement he talked enthusiastically, said case was best he ever had. Few months later had very low offer & intimidated me to take. Got upset & he said didn't want to go to trial & explained since 2009 attorneys were scooping up patent litigation cases to settle & take advantage of market. Disappointed. Had me call defendant overseas for return to US. Was successful. Assured the deposition was to happen. Shortly after he decided to file Summary Judgement & take a short cut. Bad move but pressed on. Finally got good offer, I countered & stated concerns wanting good faith cause of lies from defendant. He didn't close deal & wasn't engaging personally with defense. Matt has no negotiation skills that I saw. Went to court, judge bit his head off, couldn't find argument. Later discovered sloppy brief w/misnumbered pages. No courtroom presence. Lost. Appealed & ignored notice even after pressing him. 8 mo. to schedule & disrespected again.🤥
