Ms. Weisberg was professional, knowledgable, supportive and accessible. She was a great resource and challenged me appropriately so that we followed the laws and always did what was the best interest of my children. She worked well with the other lawyer which helped us reach a compromise in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Ms. Weisberg. You should know that you are in good hands.
Lynn represented me well in court, but then sent a draft document to the opposing lawyer without my knowledge, 'as a favor' to him. Cost me a lot for that mistake and demonstrated disrespect by my lawyer for me, or she wasn't thinking of the huge ramifications.
Please let this serve as a warning to all those in search of legal help. Lynn lacks any attention to detail and has made what is a difficult process even more difficult for my family. She does not return phone calls or address serious issues which need to be addressed. I would not recommend her at all or anyone at the firm. She does minimal work to get by and does not seem to understand the dire consequences of her ineffectiveness.
