We realize that in most commercial disputes, it really is about “the money,” and thus a successful outcome is determined, in part, by how much a client paid in legal fees to achieve it. Our hourly rates are very competitive, and we pride ourselves on working efficiently. This allows us to work with clients to develop a fee structure that works for everyone. We also are confident enough in our abilities to accept pure or blended contingency fee arrangements: if we don’t recover for our client, we don’t get paid.
