His clients include those seeking marriage based permanent resident green card status, but he maintains a general immigration practice. He also counsels and represents those facing employer sanctions, seeking citizenship, considering employment based visas, challenging criminal based deportation, claiming, claiming persecution, refuge from domestic violence, and witness protection, among other visa related matters.
