About Kirk Charles Ellsworth II

Kirk Ellsworth joined Consumer Law Group, LLC in 2015 and focuses on the practice areas of personal injury litigation and criminal defense. He received his law degree from Western Michigan Cooley School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Kirk served as a paralegal to Judge Stephen Borrello of the Michigan Court of Appeals. He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Chicago, where he was awarded the Joseph M. Stampf Award, given to the senior athlete with "the highest degree of values and integrity." Kirk had previously worked in private practice in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury and family law before joining the Consumer Law Group. Kirk is an active member of the Illinois Bar and the Michigan Bar.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
