Kevin Yen is the managing partner for the personal injury division of Strom & Associates. He also leads the investigation of nursing home neglect and abuse cases. He has been a member of the firm since 2002 and has dedicated the past 16 years of his practice to the litigation of personal injury cases. He has represented and helped well over a thousand clients and their families to recover damages for their loss. His clients have included family members who lost a loved one due to a tragic accident, injured children, construction workers injured while working and a host of others.
Kevin has obtained a multitude of successful recoveries for his clients, including a multi-million-dollar settlement for the family of a man killed in a car accident. He has represented his clients against a wide array of defendants, including multi-state companies, construction companies, trucking and intermodal carriers, municipalities, nursing homes and hospitals.
Kevin continues to lecture in various community outreach programs. He has also been engaged in pro bono matter, including adoptions and contractual disputes and landlord-tenant rights.
He has formed long-lasting relationships with many of his clients over the years.
