Mr. Besetzny failed to do the work he was hired to do and lied to me about the status of my case - which was dismissed because of his gross negligence. In fact, despite the enormous amount of money I paid him, he did almost nothing except file extensions in my case and then bill me for it! Instead, he flooded me with emails and phone calls at odd hours bout his personal issues, told me he needed to "fix himself". I had to fire him and hire someone else to do the work because he would not do it.
I hired Kevin in 2010 to represent me in an employee employer pending case. After a substantial retainer and a week of very impressive conversation it all ended and he disappeared with little to no responses to phone calls, emails text messages until November of 2011 when my life was frozen and everything was taken from me by a default judgment in the millions against me my new business and my family crippling me. He finally reappeared with a supposed no knowledge of this and then the lies began
