Hired Attorney Brett A. Scher

I got hit with a legal malpractice case that should never have been brought. That Brett won the case was no surprise, but that he (with a little help from me) got it dismissed with prejudice in about 90 days was an excellent result.

Hired Attorney Tad A. Devlin

I engaged Mr. Devlin about 2 yrs ago when a well known tax preparation company served me with arbitration papers claiming I had stolen their clients. With a the huge numbers they were throwing at me I was understandably shaken. Mr. Devlin dispelled my fears, went straight to work and worked aggressively on my behalf. With all the foot dragging by the other side, we have favorably settled this and I am glad to rid of them. I recommend Mr Devlin as an aggressive, fair attorney

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
