Hired Attorney Floyd Mandell

One of the finest attorneys I have ever known, who also commands an excellent team of attorneys. 100% success rate on difficult cases. There is only one person I would turn to for advice in the TM/Lanham field, and that is Floyd. He is also well-versed in all IP areas. I give him my highest recommendation.

Hired Attorney Bonita Stone

Katten is a highly respected firm. Our family hired Neil Weinberg, who was an excellent attorney. Ms. Stone was eventually brought in to assist on the case. She proved to be completely incompetent. She placed her own personal interest ahead of her client. She claimed that being paid attorney fees just under 1 Million dollars over an 18 month period was “getting screwed.” She forced a settlement that has proven to compound the damage sustained by the client. I would strongly recommend never having anything to do with Attorney Bonita Stone. Forget the price tag she demands, her work was substandard and when her errors have been brought to her attention she has done nothing to correct her errors. Any argument to the contrary are self serving lies and all of these comments are well documented. Katten protecting Ms. Stone is a major flaw in their business model. When a partner makes clear mistakes, stand by their mistakes and help correct them. Sadly, that has not occurred.
