Hired Attorney

Mr. Ziccardi is the lawyer for Steeve Raymond with Selective Real Estate Construction. I gave Mr. Ziccardi 75,000 that he then deposited into his IOLTA Client Trust account as part of a real estate investment. Per contracts drafted by Mr. Ziccardi, I was due to receive this money plus interest back in August 2025. However, Mr. Ziccardi refuses to return the money or provide any accounting regarding what was done with the funds.
