Jonathan H. Claydon focuses his practice on complex litigation and class action defense with broad experience representing clients in the financial services industry. He helps to lead a national team of attorneys across Greenberg Traurig’s offices defending financial institutions in a variety of consumer and business matters and has served as lead counsel in matters nationwide. He advises and defends a wide range of financial institutions, including national and regional banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and broker-dealers in high-stakes litigation arising from lending practices, retail banking operations, regulatory compliance, and fraud-related matters such as Ponzi schemes. Jon has deep experience with complex financial cases involving issues arising under the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulatory issues.
