About Jared B. Staver

Jared Staver earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Arts and Sciences from Iowa State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School. Mr. Staver is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Trial Bar of the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Staver has represented clients in Federal Court as well as numerous counties in Illinois' State Courts.

Jared is an experienced Chicago personal injury attorney who take takes great pride in representing individuals in their claims against negligent companies and careless individuals. Prior to forming Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C., Staver worked for a large Chicago personal injury law firm. He quickly learned what it took to become successful at representing injured victims. He also observed how larger firms operated and decided he wanted to provide his clients with a more personal approach to legal representation. After nearly 20 years of defending the rights of individuals from all walks of life, Mr. Staver has excelled to become a compassionate advocate for people's rights as well as a fierce litigator with a no nonsense approach to litigation. His knowledge of the law and experience in the courtroom has directly lead to millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Though skilled in all areas of personal injury law, Jared has chosen to distinguish his law practice largely as a car and automobile injury law firm.
