The Law Offices of James H. Miller, Jr is committed to responsive, client-centered representation. I will only take your matter on if I have sufficient time to devote to getting you the results you are after and you can rest assured I will personally handle each case from start to finish. My goal is to provide unsurpassed legal services to my clients daily. Unlike larger firms, you will never be passed off to an associate or paralegal.

I have practiced for over 30 years in all aspects of Real Estate law, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury.

My Real Estate practice addresses the needs of both residential and commercial transactions and closings. Other areas I can assist you with are short sales and foreclosure defense.

In both my workers compensation and personal injury practice, I vigorously, aggressively, and ethically represent victims of the careless and reckless conduct of others. I willingly take on the great responsibility knowing my hard work will ultimately result in just compensation (money) being paid to my clients pain and suffering, future medical bills, wage loss, pain and suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life.

It is my goal to put my clients at ease from day one. I attempt to reduce stress by providing a professional and personable environment in which clients have confidence that their legal needs are being handled by an experienced attorney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
