Hired Attorney

James is proven family lawyer & challenger who really fights only the good fight for client’s benefit & best interests not for fight’s sake or to run up your bills like the 2 big North Shore divorce law firms do while being a tough negotiator and doberman litigator. Great job advocating for my kids and I; applying the law; and putting on great case at divorce trial. Treated with respect & compassion as deaf mom of 2 young kids who gave up career to support corp exec husband. Best kept secret

Hired Attorney

I followed James' advice and ended up paying thousands more in maintenance "for life" than I should to my ex. Far more in child support than I should have. He had little understanding of complex financial matters concerning my business. I had to go back to court for a visitation issue and hired a different attorney. When my new attorney looked at my case he confirmed what my gut told me, that I was paying too much. I ended up getting my support lowered by $6000 a month. I look back and

One star because zero is not an option. Please consider this a warning and do not waste your money on this expensive and ineffective firm especially James Quigley. The associate in my case was the one who knew all the details. James rarely met with me or took the time to read or respond to my emails. Yet, he was the one who spoke in court and was clueless as to what was going on in my case. I have had two independent attorneys look at my case and they both said malpractice.
