Very recommendable! I switched to Jim from another firm, and best decision I ever made. Very competent team. I got hit by a truck while waiting on a red light. Back and neck injuries, with chronic effects. It took one year to get my check but it was well worth it.

Very responsive, took my case himself (no junior staff), and explained everything very clearly. At the begining I had some doubts, but after seeing the first doctor he recommended and became more comfortable. The compensation was also higher than I expected.
James Gumbiner won my case 3 years ago. I should have posted this earlier, but better late than never. Broke my arm at work and could not return for 8months. In the meantime James got me a weekly paycheck and medical care. I did not love one oof the Physical Therapy places, but the rest was fine. We ended up in court and he was a beast. I got a great compensation. I would still prefer to have full fuctionality in my arm, but it is nice to not have a mortgage anymore.

I hired them thinking it would be a good out come. The worst decision of life. Chris Cooper didn't care about my long term injuries, he just wanted to please the insurance company and for that I got low balled on my case . I would never recommend using this law firm for anything. The communication was horrible and he lied a lot .
