Terrible lawyer , will tell you that it’s your fault why 5 officers assaulted you when you never even got a chance to fight back(had bodycam footage,jail security camera footage showing a pool of my blood, grievances filed by me and response from sargeant who ordered the assault on such grievance,prevented my family from visiting me,denied me medical attention until 11 days after incident once my face was healed) will tell you things like “just letting you know you’re not gonna get that much money”, after having this guy for 2 years “working” in my case I contacted various lawyers who all told me I had a really good case but all advised me to stay w him due to having him for so long and I’d have to split the money w both lawyers, this guy never showed interest in my case since day 1, only reason I hired him was because my criminal case lawyer recommended him to me. I was prepared to take this case to trial and get the max amount that I was asking for , and this guy single handedly…..
Part 2 ……..single handedly changed that by always having negative things to say like when I asked for a certain amount he said “oh they’re not gonna give you that “ , when I’ve seen cases time and time again after be more mild than what happened to me get paid 10x more than what I got, I’ve never gotten past the regret of hiring Mr.Kulis
