I had a horrible experience with Mr. Rivera. He was recommended by the Hyatt Legal plan, and I spoke with him once about drafting wills for myself and my husband. I completed a questionnaire for him and then waited for a response. After about a month he said it would be ready in a few weeks. And then he stopped communicating with me. No response to any emails or messages. It was a complete waste of time to work with him.
The few times that we went to court Mr. Rivera was not prepared. He had to redraft motions as they weren't in compliance. Overall, was extremely disappointed with the service provided.
