Ms. Weisberg was professional, knowledgable, supportive and accessible. She was a great resource and challenged me appropriately so that we followed the laws and always did what was the best interest of my children. She worked well with the other lawyer which helped us reach a compromise in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Ms. Weisberg. You should know that you are in good hands.
I highly recommend Lynn Weisberg, who represented my child in a custody issue. It is because of her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond in all capacities, that my child is in the best possible position today. She was extremely thorough when it came to advocating for the best interests of my child. I truly value the work that she put in, at all hours of the day, to ensure necessary results. Custody issues can drag on but she never let up. I cant thank her enough!
Lynn represented me well in court, but then sent a draft document to the opposing lawyer without my knowledge, 'as a favor' to him. Cost me a lot for that mistake and demonstrated disrespect by my lawyer for me, or she wasn't thinking of the huge ramifications.
Please let this serve as a warning to all those in search of legal help. Lynn lacks any attention to detail and has made what is a difficult process even more difficult for my family. She does not return phone calls or address serious issues which need to be addressed. I would not recommend her at all or anyone at the firm. She does minimal work to get by and does not seem to understand the dire consequences of her ineffectiveness.
Avoid Lynn Weisberg at all costs! She is terrible and unprofessional. She is a wimp of an attorney and did not stand up for my children when they were in an abusive situations. She lets other attorneys bully her into agreeing to their demands and has been described by several attorneys as a "mouse". Your children will not be well-represented by her. Mine paid the ultimate price. She did not return my phone calls or emails and showed up to court habitually late. Avoid!
