Gabriel Aprati joined Levin & Perconti in November 2018, after graduating cum laude from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2018.
During his time in law school, Gabriel was a staff writer and editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. He also was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society/Appellate Advocacy and the National Trial Team. Gabriel was named to the Dean’s List and was honored with the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction’s CALI Awards for his grades in Torts, Trial Advocacy, and Evidence classes.
Prior to joining Levin & Perconti, Gabriel was a law clerk for a Chicago personal injury firm where he assisted attorneys in researching and drafting memoranda on case and motion issues. Gabriel decided to pursue a career in personal injury law when a close family member was involved in a life-threatening car accident and Gabriel witnessed first-hand the difficulties that emerged from the incident. Gabriel now puts this perspective to use in helping people who have been injured in auto accidents, by poor care in nursing homes or through medical malpractice.
Gabriel grew up in New Lenox, Ill., and attended Providence Catholic High School. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University, where he received his B.A. in Business Administration. At Wesleyan, he was on the Dean’s List and was captain of the university’s golf team.
In his spare time, Gabriel enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and friends, and cheering for Chicago sports teams.
