Good.
Horrible off-late. This review is for overall Fragomen. I have worked with them for more than a decade and they have become greedy, selfish and unbelievably inefficient off late. They are intentionally slowing down things and taking a lot of time for everything to adversely impact immigration cases and ensure their billing is coming in. Not even sure and cant believe how unethical this is.
There are many petitions she filed have REF issued by USCIS and same thing happened into my case. I found that the petition she filed was lacking enough evidence and documents to support my specialty occupation work visa. {para}
If you have EVEN little bit of complexity in your case, please consult other lawyer who has good experience in work visa.
Extremely bad service. Start to work on case on the last day before filing. No clear communication before filing the case on what they need. No communication on what they are looking for. Case was denied. Worst attorney even seen.
Inadequate team that admitted multiple times that they don't really know how to handle the current US Immigration situation. When they fail they make up a number of excuses and blame the client for the reason of failure. According to themselves they offered "brainstorm" sessions that in reality were pitches to sell more of their overprices services.
Fragomen screwed up my husband's visa application at every turn. Their delays caused a 3+ month delay in his visa being processed. They wrote our birthdays wrong, our addresses wrong, even our names wrong. In a meeting to discuss our dissatisfaction with the case, they claimed their had been no wrongdoing on their side—the meeting name had our last name misspelled. They misfiled documents, delayed email responses, and didn't respond to our questions. They made an already stressful situation worse through their repeated careless errors. It's extremely clear they are not invested in the outcome of your case at all as long as the check clears. I would highly advise you to save your money and handle the process yourself. In particular, do not work with Dan Schwarz, who does not care about his clients and will not help you, nor will he take ownership of any of the wrong actions of his firm and colleagues. This firm actively delayed our visa application and kept us apart for extra months
