Contacted Erin over a copyright infringement noticed I received from my ISP. She walked me through the details, explained what I'm facing and charted the options I had. She was upfront about expected financial hit as well as her fees. Throughout the process she communicated what was going on and ended up settling the matter slightly under her estimates. I highly recommend her services if you are dealing with the similar copyright infirngement matter.

I retained Erin Russell to help me settle a dispute with Strike 3 Holdings, LLC. I had filled out an email inquiry on her website, and she responded within hours to set up a telephone appointment. During that call, it was evident that Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the process, and informed me that Strike 3 would initially throw out a large number to settle, but that she was confident to get it decreased to a more acceptable amount. After a few weeks, the case was settled for the amount that she had originally estimated. I have nothing but good things to say about Erin.

I hired Erin to represent me in a copyright infringement case involving torrent downloads. Her retainer fee was competitive, and she said with a high degree of certainty that I would settle for a specific range of money based on the plaintiff's claims. Competing law firms said I would never get the settlement range Erin predicted, saying I would have to settle for much higher dollar amount. It was a tense, annoying negotiation process, but in the end, Erin struck a deal on the higher end of the settlement range she expected I'd get. Mind you, this was still far LESS money than competing firms said I'd have to pay. Long story, short: She accurately predicted the settlement amount, and I left the experience feeling competing lawyers wouldn't have performed as well.
