Hired Attorney

Elizabeth was responsive and available for questions or when we needed something. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend her. We were better off before going back to court. During the intake call our main goals& expectations for this time around were communicated. After 2 years of battling not 1 was accomplished. We were told that one was an easy fix with it already in the original AJ. The “easy fix” wasn’t even accomplished but forgotten about, not even re-written in the new AJ. Few months after court ended, my step-child’s mom& partner broke up& now the 3 of us are on good terms and talk a lot which has led to many truths coming out. It appears the things we asked Elizabeth to do, never were even brought to the other party. It felt like the firm cared more about getting money than their clients. These are childrens lives and well beings, that should be more than money. Towards the end it felt like Elizabeth just wanted to end the case so she didn’t have to deal with us anymore.
