Beyond her litigation success, Ms. Salvi is deeply involved in leadership and service. She is the 2024–2025 President of Lawyers Lend-A-Hand to Youth and serves on the Illinois Judicial Conference’s ADR Task Force. In 2024, she was appointed by the Supreme Court of Illinois to both its Judicial Selection Committee and the Commission on Professionalism.

While in law school, she worked on human rights issues, including an amicus brief on behalf of victims of terrorism and a successful humanitarian parole petition for victims in the DRC.
She speaks Spanish, Japanese, and French, and is a member of several bar associations, including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
