Edwin Serrano is an attorney based in Puerto Rico who represents individuals and families in immigration and civil litigation matters. He earned his bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the Ana G. Méndez University System, graduating cum laude, and later obtained his law degree from the Universidad Interamericana School of Law.
