Mr. Elesh prepared all our documents for me and my wife for her immigration interview, his staff is very professional, today we had the interview in the Chicago Federal Building, the interview was a total success, we were told on the spot that the application was approved. We are very happy and very satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Elesh.
i hired this lawyer to talk to my criminal defence lawyer, but i did not end up using his services, i paid him 400$ and and talked to him for 20 mins (that was his supposedly free consultation ) , i did not end up using his services and emailed him politly for a refund and ended up being rude with me and said i charged you for those 20 mins and it is not my fault that you did not used my services and refused to refund, very rude and arrogant attorney, stay away from this person.
Stay away from this lawyer, disrespectful to his employees and the clients, rude and unprofessional. I asked him four times to stop yelling at me, but he kept shouting. He became a nightmare since his employee, and we filled the form slowlier than his expectation. Even if I told him that he doesn't have the right to shout at me, he screamed by saying "what right? you have no rights here." I had to leave and refund my money. This immigration lawyer discriminated against me because I'm a non-US citizen. I will report him immediately.
Awful experience. Rude and not trustworthy - BEWARE.
Beware! of this attorney/s as they will only tell you the truth after you have made payment. They will get your hopes up with phrases like "chances are great", which later I find out is false. Also they suggested an 'illegal' way out of my green card expiry problem. Now they won't refund me anything and worst, the fees I paid in now said to be only half of the full amount. This was not informed to me earlier. Very sad,
