Hired Attorney Debra Antone

My daughter and I hired this attorney to represent my daughter’s in a divorce. The petitioner filed on April 20 2022. But divorce is finalized on November 2 of 2022. During this time, my daughter sold the marital home and the closing was on 11/30/2022. My daughter received partial payment from the account that is in the attorneys name. This attorney is still holding on to money that belongs to my daughter as of 2/22/2023 with no reasonable excuse. As of this date, this attorney has still not filed for other monies that my daughter is entitled to by law. She has been extremely unprofessional, rude, and verbally, abusive to my daughter since.

Hired Attorney Debra Antone

Don't hire this lawyer. She is not responsive, and tries to sneak things past you. Very unprofessional! Took her almost a year to send the correct documents. Still waiting for it to be final!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
