David also sent a letter to terminate the contract, subject to item 13.c of the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 8.0, which allows for a ten-business-day negotiation period. The problem here is that the letter is dated June 3rd, which is twelve business days, and the buyer didn't receive it until June 6th, which makes it 15 days. This is essentially perjury or malpractice.
