As anyone can imagine when you are discriminated at your place of employment, it can be messy emotionally. You feel betrayal, you feel anger, you feel hopeless, you feel disempowered. You don't know where to turn or even if you should. So many thoughts race in your mind. It's overwhelming. But the first step really is finding someone like Attorney Amy Cramer. I received a call-back from her office within 24 hours of filling out a form. But beyond that, I was met with enormous compassion. I felt nervous and like my words were insufficient to describe how I had been discriminated against. Attorney Cramer took the time to listen, ask questions, and immediately offered advice about what options were available to me. I am so grateful I followed my instinct about Attorney Cramer. She provided a timeline, set expectations, and worked expeditiously on my behalf. Within a week of our initial conversation, her office drafted up a proposal and my case advanced from a mere "thought" to a reality.

After having a poor experience with a previous lawyer, we found Amy Cramer through a lawyer friend who has worked with her and her husband Tom before. We cannot say enough good things about Amy. She is empathetic, sharp, knowledgeable, respectful, and nonjudgmental. She is your best advocate. She communicates with you via email, phone and text, and is 100% responsive unlike our previous lawyer. She will not miss a deadline again unlike our previous lawyer. She looked through all of my documents with a fine tooth comb and even found a third charge, so paying attention to detail is second nature to her. She actually cares. We will be filing a lawsuit soon against a major institution. We are very happy with Amy and her husband and would not hesitate to hire them again. After I pointed out some unethical behavior, my large, well known ex-employer retaliated against me. They used their in house lawyers and even went outside to get some Big Law help. I asked Amy to represent me..she listened, understood, an proceeded to mop the floor with our opponents. She ensured the unethical behavior would stop and got me a very satisfactory settlement. Amy Cramer is amazing and I can't recommend her enough!
